Learning about the history of jewellery and where it all came from is just as important as learning how to make it. And ever more increasingly, past trends are really useful when predicting current and future ones.
In this intensive 1-day class an expert tutor will guide you through the materials, styles and trends within jewellery across the ages and explore what has influenced jewellery right up to the present day. It will also touch upon current trends and explore where jewellery is headed in the near future.
This is an interactive workshop that really brings the history of jewellery to life. An excellent class for jewellers and jewellery enthusiasts alike.
As with all of our classes, all materials are included in the cost of the class as well as plenty of tea, coffee and luxury biscuits! The classes are all run by expert tutors with years of professional experience who are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
We take an hour break for lunch and you are welcome to bring a packed lunch to eat in the studio. Alternatively there are plenty of places nearby to get lunch.
