Who is the Diploma in Silver Jewellery for?
This course has been designed for those that would like to learn and develop their skills as a jeweller. Complete beginners are welcome as are those with some experience looking to complete a Diploma qualification. Graduates will likely start their own businesses or find work with a jeweller. Previous students have included those that wanted to train for a change in career or start their own business so they could work for themselves from home.
The course is run in one, intensive study day per week which allows you to fit it into current commitments e.g. work, education, caring for others etc. We have had people travel each week from as far as Ireland, Newcastle and Poole!
For a September 2019 start, we still have a few places left for Mondays.
If you aren't sure if the course is for you do book in for one of our careers consultations. Our General Manager Mireille will talk to you about your ambitions and will advise you on your best next step with your best interests at the centre of the conversation. We want to ensure that everyone on the course will succeed and Mireille will let you know if a different path would be better.
