An Evening with Linda Jones
Thursday 13 February
7pm-8.30pm
Linda Jones has been designing and making metal and wire jewellery for 20 years.
For the last 14 years she has specialised in wirework, writing eight project books on the subject, contributing designs to magazines in the UK and US, filming online tutorials as well as demonstrating and teaching from her studio in Kent. She has also designed a specialist wirework hammer called the Whammer and runs The WireWorkers Guild, a free online forum to inspire and share creativity and ideas.
Now you have a chance to hear Linda talk about her achievements at London Jewellery School on the evening of Thursday 13 February.
Linda will be talking about how she got into jewellery making – her ‘wire journey’ – and her current ambition to become a ‘wire missionary’, spreading the fun of making wire jewellery to a wider audience through teaching, demonstrating and The WireWorkers Guild blog.
There will also be an opportunity to network with other jewellery makers over a glass of wine.
